In 2009, Devonwood raised its first private closed-end investment fund, Devonwood Investment Property Fund I, to opportunistically invest its own and its partners' capital in distressed and undervalued real estate primarily in the office, hotel, retail and residential sectors. Devonwood's team as Managing Members of NAS Capital Solutions, LLC actively assists Tenant-in-Common property owners and their Asset Managers by providing capital and services for their restructuring and refinancing requirements.
