In 2013, Devonwood acquired the Burlington Town Center, a 40-year old, two-story, 170,000 sf retail shopping center covering approximately 5 acres on the pedestrian-only Church Street Marketplace in the heart of downtown Burlington Vermont for the purpose of developing a 1,250,000 sf mixed-use center which includes office space, 274 residential apartments, restaurants and new and existing retail space, together with a new above-ground garage parking for 925 cars.
